• Order and payment information: if you book an experience or subscription, we collect billing details. Card numbers are processed directly by our third-party payment provider (Stripe) — we never store full card numbers on our systems.
• Event information: details collected when you attend or check in to an experience.
• Feedback: ratings, reviews, and survey responses you share with us about our Services or experiences.
• Job application information: if you apply to join our team — name, contact info, resume, and any details you share with us.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we (or our service providers) may automatically collect:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
